~ 4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
~ 6 oz. jar of pesto, any variety (I used a garlic basil pesto.)
~ 1 package of dry ranch reasoning
~ ½ cup of chicken broth
Place chicken breasts in a crockpot.
Empty ranch package over chicken.
Pour chicken broth over everything.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until chicken is well-cooked (mine only took three hours.)
I served the chicken with a Caesar salad and cheesy garlic bread. Mashed potatoes, green beans, and dinner rolls would also compliment this dish.
