I’ve been in a smoothie kind of mood this summer. I attempt to substitute a smoothie for one meal each day (attempt being the key word. It doesn’t always go as planned.) Earlier this month, I posted a basic smoothie recipe that I use. You can read that post by clicking here. However, I recently used a new recipe that has quickly become my favorite. I call it Banana Nutella Smoothie or simply the Yummy Smoothie. I can’t take credit for it because I may have seen something similar posted on another blog, but I don’t follow a ready-made recipe when I make it. Here is my version:
Ingredients
~ 6 ice cubes
~ 2 handfuls of spinach
~ 1 banana
~ 2 heaping tablespoons of Nutella
~ 1 cup of milk
