As my faithful followers have already discovered, I am struggling to stick to my posting schedule since the new school year is now in full swing. I need to adjust my writing habits to fit my work schedule, and it’s a tad difficult in the beginning of the school year. Please bear with me as I make this adjustment.
I am behind on a couple of posts, so I am going to use this Random Rambling to catch up once again.
First of all, I decided not to host a game featuring Elise’s Choice. Check back soon for a sale announcement!
Last Friday, I scheduled a recipe post, so here it is, a few days late. I enjoy Ramen noodle soup as long as I add extra ingredients to it. This is a recipe I call Rachel’s Ramen.
~ 1 - 3oz. package of Ramen (I prefer chicken flavored.)
~ 1 teaspoon of onion powder
~ 1 teaspoon of Mrs. Dash (I use the Chicken seasoning)
~ 2 slices of American cheese
In a small saucepan, boil 2 cups of water.
Add noodles, seasoning mix, onion powder, and Mrs. Dash, and cook for three minutes. Stir occasionally.
Turn off heat, and add cheese slices. Stir until cheese is melted.
For a thicker dish, allow noodles to set for several minutes or refrigerate.
This makes two servings with 272 calories each or a total of 544 calories for the entire dish. Enjoy!
Until the next post . . . keep smiling!
